The IEEE Academic Gathering was carried out at Tanjung Benoa, Bali, on 24-25 February 2013. This event was led by the IEEE President, Dr Peter Staecker. It invited 20 biggest universities in Indonesia with the fields of electrical engineering or informatics. The Minister of Education was planned to open the session, but at last the Ministry was represented by Prof. Achmad Jazidie.
